This fee gives you 24-7 access, tracking capabilities, and security for your packages. We do not charge a fee to our residents to use the package lockers. I have lived here for over 14 years. We have had owners/managers that have been good but we have also experienced some problems over the years. Fortunately many of those problems are in the past. But all in all I have stayed this long because I love me apartment and the location. It is the nature of people to complain about each little thing, but I don't feel they are looking at the whole picture. I can honestly say that our current manager is trying harder and being much more effective than most in the past. There is still much to be done, but it can't all happen overnight. As for some of the trash and parking issues this is just as much the fault of some inconsiderate residents as it is that of the staff. We are a large community and as with any large or small "family" we need to consider the needs and feelings of others. I know that if you keep a positive attitude you too will love living at Ascent North.
