A big Thank You to Melissa and Michaela for your sincere kindness in volunteering help in getting anything I may have needed while recovering from surgery. Your joyful welcome each time I come through the doors always touched my heart and made me glad I lived here. Melissa and her staff are always more than willing to help with any issue I have ever had. They are greatly appreciated in all that they do. I’ve lived here 3 years.

Getting out of hand

Never heard of paying to get your own mail at a place you pay rent to!!!

Markeya, thank you so much for offering your feedback. We do apologize for the confusion, but the one-time fee is for the Luxer One software. This fee gives you 24-7 access, tracking capabilities, and security for your packages. We do not charge a fee to our residents to use the package lockers. A fellow resident.

I have lived here for over 14 years. We have had owners/managers that have been good but we have also experienced some problems over the years. Fortunately many of those problems are in the past. But all in all I have stayed this long because I love me apartment and the location. It is the nature of people to complain about each little thing, but I don't feel they are looking at the whole picture. I can honestly say that our current manager is trying harder and being much more effective than most in the past. There is still much to be done, but it can't all happen overnight. As for some of the trash and parking issues this is just as much the fault of some inconsiderate residents as it is that of the staff. We are a large community and as with any large or small "family" we need to consider the needs and feelings of others. I know that if you keep a positive attitude you too will love living at Ascent North.
